I bought 2 Tripstyle Mugs. after <6 months use, one fell out of its sleeve from <1m height and shattered. The other was thankfully cleaner and cracked in half when I poured hot water from a kettle. After writing to complain about them, Woozy Alpaca claims they will do "testing" to prove the plausibility of my claims and refund / replace them. After 3 months I still don't hear back.
