Return & Refund Policy

Woozy Alpaca wants you to be happy with your purchase. We realize there are times when an item may become damaged during shipment or may not be exactly what you were expecting. We are here to help you resolve these issues as quickly and easily as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your ordered product, Woozy Alpaca offers 14 day unconditional returns policy.

Should you need to return an item, please thoroughly review this return policy, then contact us for assistance with your return.




Non-damaged product:

In general, we do accept returns on non-damaged product. If the product for some reason does not meet your expectations, please contact us about a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Woozy Alpaca will send a complimentary return label if the return is due to an error on our part.

Returns must be done within 14 days from date of delivery.


Damage product:

In the event an item arrives damaged, please report the damage to us with 3 days of receipt and save the original packaging. In cases requiring a replacement or refund, we will request photographs or video of the items and their packaging. Please do not send the damaged product back to our warehouse.


It is important that all conditions are met:

  • If your package did not arrive on time, please write to us. We'll help you!
  • Any returns must be in unused, resalable condition and in its original packaging. Once an item has been used, it can no longer be accepted for return.
  • Woozy Alpaca is not responsible for any returned product that is lost during shipment. Please, when you ship to return, please send us the tracking number of the parcel.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
  • When we've received the return it can take up to 5 working days to process your request and issue a refund or exchange. We may contact you to discuss options.
  • We may ask you to provide photos or video if an item is damaged or faulty.
  • As mugs, cups and tumblers are personal items, in order to ensure public health and prevent the spread of infectious diseases, related products cannot be returned once they are used.
  • Vouchers and gift cards are not refundable.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


IMPORTANT: Items purchased from a third party cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact the third party directly for an exchange or return.
